All Time Favorites: More Beautiful Than a Flower

Confession:

My original intent for writing this review was to start off the “writers’ series”  which explores the various works of some of our favorite writers…uhm I got a little carried away with writing this  so  consider it an excerpt of the “writers’ series” for Noh Hee Kyung.

This is  my first time in writing such a comprehensive? review of a drama. I think I have gone through several drafts in my attempt to coherently write something along with some technical difficulties.  The review below is from an emotional retrospective. KBS started it off this year by hosting the KBS Entertainment Awards on December 25th. On this day, the veteran comedian and MC, Lee Kyung Gyu, took home the top prize, winning the Daesang for Qualifications of Men. (Note: I am always tempted to call it the “Daesang award,” but that would be incorrect. The “sang” in “Daesang” means “award” or “prize”, so saying he won the “Daesang award” is like saying he won the “Grand Prize Prize”.)

Gong Yoo’s music recommendations

I must admit that of the many celebrities 10asia interviewed for their music recommendations, it’s inevitable that I always end up translating the articles in which I personally enjoyed the recommended music myself. So perhaps these music recommendations are just as much mine as they are these celebrities’. This week’s music recommendations come from actor Gong Yoo. Overall, his music choices are very soft and mellow, and they perfectly suit the kind of music I’m up for right now.
