Do you remember the scene in episode 9 of Best Love when Lee Seung Gi made a cameo appearance as himself? Or more like the little Dokgo Jin version of himself? Dokgo Jin (Cha Seung Won) threatened to steal away Lee Seung Gi’s refrigerator CF if Seung Gi failed to pull some strings to have Gu Ae-jung (Gong Hyo Jin) invited on his show, Steel Heart. Well, folks, that has become a reality!
On August 3rd, the marketing representative from Samsung Electronics confirmed that Cha Seung Won and Lee Seung Gi will be filming the Zipel refrigerator CF together. However, as opposed to Cha Seung Won stealing away Lee Seung Gi’s gig, he will be simply making a cameo appearance in which Lee Seung Gi is the official spokesmodel. They are scheduled to start filming this week.
Ooh, I wonder whether Lee Seung Gi and Cha Seung Won will take on the identity of the meta version of themselves for this CF! Wouldn’t that be awesome?
Meanwhile, because of the rise in popularity he has earned through the success of Best Love, Cha Seung Won has lately been swamped with CF offers. On August 1st, he shared via his me2day account that he has done “all the Big Three ads, including for automobile, beer, and credit card,” and wondered to himself, “What should I do next?” I’m sure that’s a dilemma that many other celebrities would like to share with him!

lols blue, how can i forget that scene, that was one of the funniest! i;m not yet over with Best Love… I just keep rewatching it…(i tend to rewatch, like ummmm i can’t count how many times i saw Dream HIgh)
